If an item is lost during an event, please submit a claim. On non-event days, please call 512.655.6300 for lost item information.
Items recovered will be held for 14 days, with unclaimed items donated to charity.
Found items should be turned into the Guest Services locations. Unclaimed items will be turned into our Security Team at the end of each day. There are QR codes at all Guest Services locations that will allow guests to file a report with our online system for lost items.
